How it works

  1. Paste the product link

Copy the address of the listing and paste it on the home page. Choose the colour, size and quantity exactly as you want them ordered.

  2. Submit and pay for the order

You pay the item price, the seller's delivery fee to our warehouse and the service fee. International shipping comes later.

  3. We buy from the seller

Your buyer places the order, usually within one working day, and passes on any note you left.

  4. Check the warehouse photos

When the item arrives we weigh it, photograph it and add both to the order. If something is wrong, ask for a return or exchange while it is still in China.

  5. Build a parcel

Open your warehouse, tick the items you want to send together, choose a shipping line and pay the shipping.

  6. Track it home

Each parcel shows its progress in your account from packing to delivery.

Forwarding your own purchases

  1. Get your warehouse address

Sign in and open the forwarding page. Your member ID is part of the address, so keep it on the recipient line.

  2. Order from the seller yourself

Pay the seller directly and have the order delivered to the warehouse address.

  3. Declare the package

Enter the courier, tracking number, contents and value. Undeclared packages take longer to match to an account.

  4. Ship it with everything else

Once it arrives it appears in your warehouse and can go into the same parcel as items we bought for you.

Frequently asked questions

Which sites can I order from?

Paste a product link from any marketplace listed on the home page. If a link is not recognised, send it to us and we will check whether we can buy it for you.

The site did not recognise my link. Can I still order?

Yes. Use a manual order: paste the link, describe the item and enter the price. Your buyer confirms the details with the seller before purchasing.

How do I pay?

Add funds to your account balance, then pay for orders and parcels from it. Order costs are due when you submit an order. Shipping is due when you build a parcel.

How long does an order take?

We usually buy within one working day. Sellers typically take two to five days to deliver to the warehouse. After that, delivery time depends on the shipping line you pick, which the calculator shows.

What if the item is wrong or damaged?

Tell us as soon as you have seen the warehouse photos. We contact the seller and arrange a return or exchange under the seller's own policy. Once an item has left China, returns are rarely practical.

Why is my parcel charged for more than it weighs?

Carriers charge for the space a box takes as well as its weight. When length × width × height divided by the line's volumetric divisor is greater than the real weight, the larger figure is used.

Are there things you cannot ship?

Yes. Each shipping line has its own restrictions, and some goods cannot be exported or imported at all. The calculator shows which lines accept batteries and liquids. Ask us before ordering anything you are unsure about.

What does parcel insurance cover?

Insurance is optional and is priced on the declared value plus shipping. It covers loss or damage in transit up to the declared value, which is why the declaration should match what the goods are worth.

What happens after the free storage period?

Free storage runs from the day an item reaches the warehouse. Your warehouse shows how many days each item has left, so you can ship before it runs out.

Will I pay customs duties?

That depends on your country's import rules and the value of the parcel. Any duties or taxes are separate from our fees and are your responsibility as the importer.

Can I combine orders from different sellers?

Yes, and it is the main way to save. Items wait in the warehouse during the free storage period and ship together when you build a parcel.
